Information collected
Visitors may choose to provide their name, business name, contact information, and industry to request a demonstration. If a customer purchases the managed service, additional business information may be collected as needed for setup, messaging registration, and scheduling.
How information is used
Contact information is used to respond to requests, arrange demonstrations, provide customer service, and fulfill the purchased service. Onboarding information is intended to support phone configuration, scheduling preferences, messaging-registration review and service delivery. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or tax documents through general inquiry forms. Any required registration documents must use an appropriate secure process.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Customer onboarding and managed service operations are intended to use HighLevel. Stripe is being configured for payment processing in test mode; live payments remain disabled. These providers may process information needed to deliver their respective services. Final provider disclosures and any international processing details require confirmation before this policy takes effect.
Retention and rights
Request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled. The final retention schedule, deletion procedure and exceptions for legally required records remain to be approved; no retention period is represented as implemented.
