Service description
SÈVE Recovery offers a managed missed-inquiry and appointment-request follow-up service. Exact deliverables and usage allowances will be specified in the customer's signed service agreement.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business details, authorize necessary system access, maintain appropriate consent records, and cooperate with messaging registration and testing. Live messaging is not activated until required approvals and checks pass.
No guarantee of outcomes
The service does not guarantee a specified number of appointments, purchases, revenue, or recovered leads. Results depend on caller behavior, contact eligibility, customer operations, and other factors.
Billing and termination
The proposed price is $399 one-time setup plus $475 monthly; the initial payment is $874 including the first month. See the draft Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy for review. Enrollment and live payment collection remain disabled until the policies, billing start, activation-delay treatment and checkout are approved.
